XPLORA SURGE Gas Booster

The PULSE and the SURGE booster pumps are self-contained automatic reciprocating units when air is supplied to the drive inlet. These units basically consist of a large piston (LP side) directly connected to a smaller piston (HP side) with self-lubricating seals cycling in a stainless steel barrel. Gas boosters are typically used to boost low pressure fluids at the higher pressure required by the process or gas station.

 

The PULSE unit is a single acting single stage booster pump on the HP side and a double acting single stage cylinder at the LP side. The SURGE unit is a double-single stage single acting booster pump on the HP side and a double acting single stage cylinder at the LP side. Both units can be custom set upon customer requests. They can be equipped either with one or two whips for the HP inlet and for the HP Outlet or simply with DIN fittings on both ports. HP transfer hoses (whips) are sturdy and made of PTFE at the inside with a single or double (up to 1200 bar) stainless sock on the outside.

 

The HP whips can be supplied with a manifold and high precision gauges up to the 0,3% of the chosen full scale reading. Upon customer request we can provide stainless check valves for cascade systems. We can supply virtually any type of AISI316L (marine grade stainless steel) fitting. DIN2353, ISO8434-1, SAEJ514, crimp fittings, BSP, simply send us an enquiry (info@techgasasia.com) and we will sort out any kind of straight and taper SS fittings or adaptors. We are able to provide stainless steel piping as well either metric or imperial. Pictures may vary.
